When will my order ship? 
Gotoscrubs.com guarantees to ship purchases of in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

We ship via UPS Ground Delivery Service.  Our Expedited and Express deliveries are available upon request. 

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at Gotoscrubs.com, you cannot make changes. For assistance please fill out this Customer Service form and someone will get back to you.

Can I ship to another address?
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes!

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own.

What if I am not pleased with my selection-can I return this purchase?

As long as the purchase was made within the last 30 days and the item has not been washed, you may return your order. Please follow these steps to make sure you are returning to the right place. Embroidered or Collegiate Items or Shoes cannot be returned.

(1) Click here to fill up the Returns form and get RA# (Return Auth)
(2) All returns must be accompanied by the white packing slip
(3) We will credit back your credit card within 2 weeks of receiving your merchandise back.
(4) WE DO NOT DO DIRECT EXCHANGES
(5) You can order your new items online.
