In case of returns, please fill out the following form and give your return authorization code  RA# :
Use this number in RA# field.
All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
We recommend shipping your return with a tracking number for proof of delivery.  Gotoscrubs.com will not be responsible for items shipped but not received.

Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. 

We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:

Gotoscrubs accepts returns of new merchandise within 30 days of customer's receipt of the product and defective merchandise within 15 days of receipt.  Once your return is received and processed, a credit will be issued to the credit card used to place the order.

Unfortunately, Gotoscrubs is unable to accept returns of the following items:

• Personalized Items (With your logo or name on it)

• Collegiate Items

• Shoes

• Items without Original packaging

• Stained merchandise (For Sanitary reasons)

• Special Order Merchandise

Processing Time

All returns will be processed within 15 days after receipt, provided the conditions outlined below are met. (Processing may be slightly extended during the holiday season).
